Athletes who entered online please bring your ONLINE BOOKING PASS and PAYPAL receipt with you to the Stadium when you collect your numbers.
All athletes should arrive at the Stadium in good time before their event.
You will need to report to collect your bib number (remember to bring some safety pins with you) AND DECLARE your intention to actually compete in the event or events which you have entered.
TRACK ATHLETES are REQUIRED to DECLARE for their event one hour before the start time for that event.
FIELD athletes should report direct to the field event area at least 30 minutes before the published event start time.
