REGISTER your personal details.  You can skip this step if you are already registered. How can I check if my name is already on the database?

 

LOG into the Athlete Zone to access (and amend if necessary) your personal details and of course the Welsh Athletics 2009 online ENTRY forms;

 

CHOOSE the event or events you wish to enter by clicking in the box; enter your personal best.

 

MAKE a payment using a debit or credit card via the PayPal facility;  Or even send a cheque

 

LOG back into your membership record to update your file with details of your payment.
